After completing literary studies in France, Alexandra Venard turned to real estate and obtained her higher education diploma. Following various professional experiences in the United Kingdom and a year spent in Provence working as a consultant in real estate transactions, she obtained her license and joined Carlton International. Julien, trained in law and business, is trilingual (French, English, Italian). He joins the Carlton International group, bringing with him all his experience of the real estate market and his know-how. Having spent over 15 years working for a luxury real estate group on the Croisette and in the Saint-Paul-de-Vence region, he has a passion for fine stonework and architecture as a whole, and a keen eye for interior design and decoration. He began his career in Spain, on the Costa Brava, where he developed his expertise in the sale and rental of residential and investment properties with an international clientele. Originally from Reims, Enzo set his sights on the luxury industry early, earning his Bachelor’s degree from a specialist school in Paris. This path led him through enriching experiences in hospitality, fashion and real estate, deepening his mastery of refinement and excellence. Drawn by his passion for high-end property and the Côte d’Azur lifestyle, he relocated to the region to develop his expertise.
