Pascal started his career in Strategy and Management Consulting in Paris and London. Subsequently, he spent 4 years in Sophia, Bulgaria, as a Diplomat at the French Embassy – where he also founded an import/export company. An opportunity with Air France Group took him to Geneva, where he Managed the Quality and Organization Operations for Switzerland and Central Europe. In August 2000, Pascal decided to leave his Corporate Career and settle down on the French Riviera to profit from its unique quality of life. He developed the Valbonne Laforêt real estate franchise, later rebranded as Valbonne Prestige Real Estate. Since 2016 he has been successfully directing the Carlton Group Valbonne offices. Experienced, result-driven and passionate, Pascal manages his team with a ‘positive can-do attitude. Continually focused on providing high-quality services and utmost customer satisfaction. He speaks fluent French and English and impressively communicates in Italian and Bulgarian.

In her current career, she has excelled in developing her own company within the field of luxury real estate on the French Riviera. With her Swedish-Finnish origins and over 15 years of experience in the high-end property market on the French Riviera, Mervi delivers an unrivalled tailor-made customer service, leveraging her in-depth market expertise, local network, language skills and drive. Born of French and Italian origin, Nicolas obtained a technical-commercial license from the University of Nice, and continued his studies of Business Strategies and joined the Carlton Group as a part of his master’s degree.
