In the year 2000, this modern hillside home with a spectacular view of nature was built in Seltz, near on the German-French border (Rastatt/Baden-Baden).

The living area of approx. 178 m² is spread over three levels plus a gallery, with each level offering an unobstructed view over the Rhine meadows.

The impressive expertise of the owner, a landscape architect, is evident not only in the high-quality construction that combines solid brick masonry with reinforced concrete but also in the unique atmosphere she has created. The outdoor area, with its inviting terraces, the sunlit winter garden on the lower floor, and the adjacent green open space with a natural swimming pond, offer perfect spots for relaxation and enjoyment.

The house impresses with its open and well-thought-out floor plan, offering plenty of space and flexibility in how the levels can be used. With minor modifications, it would also be possible to create two separate living units.
