Definitions
Site: refers to the Internet site accessed via your Internet browser.
The Agency: refers to the real estate agency(ies) present on the website, which publishes the advertisements and collects the data entered by the Internet user on the contact forms.
Personal data
The following personal data may be collected on the Site:
Cookies: Cookies are used, in the context of the use of the Site, to collect certain information (in particular, your IP address, information relating to the computer used for browsing, the connection method, the type and version of Internet browser, the operating system and other technical identifiers or the URL address of connections, including the date and time, as well as the content accessed). You can deactivate cookies using your browser settings.
Contact form: When you fill in the contact form, your surname, first name, e-mail address and your message are collected.
The main uses of your personal data are as follows:
managing our relationship with you;
providing you with personalised content and services based on your browsing history, preferences and interests;
When certain information is compulsory in order to access specific functionalities of the Site, this compulsory nature is indicated at the time the data is entered. If you refuse to provide compulsory information, you may not be able to access certain services, features or sections of the Site.
Your personal information is kept for a period not exceeding 36 months, unless :
You are exercising one of your legal rights under the conditions set out below;
A longer retention period is authorised or imposed by virtue of a legal or regulatory provision;
This lease may be renewed if you continue the commercial relationship.
During this period, the Site puts in place the organisational, software, legal, technical and physical means to ensure the confidentiality and security of your personal data, so as to prevent it from being damaged, deleted or accessed by unauthorised third parties.
Access to personal data
Access to your personal data is strictly limited to the Agency’s staff and sales agents, authorised by virtue of their duties and bound by an obligation of confidentiality. However, the data collected may be communicated to subcontractors who are contractually responsible for carrying out the tasks necessary for the proper functioning of the Site and its services and for the proper management of the relationship with you, without you having to give your authorisation. It is specified that, in the performance of their services, subcontractors have only limited access to your data and are under a contractual obligation to use it in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data. Apart from the cases set out above, the Agency undertakes not to sell, rent, transfer or give access to your data to third parties without your prior consent, unless compelled to do so for a legitimate reason (legal obligation, fight against fraud or abuse, exercise of rights of defence, etc.).
In accordance with the applicable legal and regulatory provisions, in particular Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended relating to data processing, data files and individual liberties and European Regulation No. 2016/679/EU of 27 April 2016 (applicable from 25 May 2018), you have the following rights:
Exercise your right of access to know the personal data that concerns you;
Request your data to be updated if it is inaccurate;
Request portability or deletion of your data;
Request the limitation of the processing of your data;
You object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of your data;
You object or withdraw your consent to the use, by our services, of your contact details for sending our promotions and solicitations via emails, SMS messages, telephone calls and postal mail. This right remains valid whether the information concerning you remains transmitted directly by you or by third party partners to whom you have communicated it (in this case, you will have to click on the unsubscribe links provided in our SMS or emails or contact us in the conditions below).
These various rights can be exercised either by modifying the parameters of your account, or directly on the Site in the “Contact” section, or by post, or by email to the address present from the “Legal notices” link.
For security reasons and to avoid any fraudulent request, this request must be accompanied by proof of identity. The supporting document will be destroyed once the request has been processed.
