Philip Weiser is a multi-lingual New Zealander who has travelled the world. Having completed his studies in Lausanne, Switzerland, he joined an expanding corporation based in New York, with hotels in Bermuda, Mexico and the Bahamas. Subsequently appointed Director of Marketing for a major International Hotel Group headquartered in London, he discovers the most beautiful locations and most diverse cultures. In central London he created a company dedicated to the rental of elegant, furnished and serviced apartments. The company enjoyed considerable success as an undeniable alternative to luxury hotels.

In the early 1980s he chose to settle in the South of France and adapted his previous experience to Real Estate on the French Riviera. Participating in the development of the property market for ten years and suffering the collapse in the early 90s, he retained his positive enthusiasm and in 1997, founded the Carlton International, Luxury Real Estate consultancy

Sophie Chomette studied Art and Design for the textile industry and in 1991 entered the Information Technology sector, training in computer assisted graphic design. She extended her experience to include digital video, which in turn led to her becoming responsible for the conception and organisation of an automated, remote controlled, digital signage system. This new media is a revolution in the world of point of sale communications and is adapted specifically for Real Estate applications. The study of the Real Estate profession across France completed the experience necessary for her to fulfil her role in the coordination of the Marketing of Carlton International and it’s portfolio.

Of Franco-Swiss nationality and after having spent her youth in Vevey, on the Lake of Geneva, and studied advertising and communications, Brigitte returned to France. Following a career in finance in the city of Lyon for 13 years, the quality of life of the French Riviera lured Brigitte who was naturally attracted to the luxury real estate business. Brigitte thrives for 10 years in this profession, behind the coastal areas at first, then as Director of a Property Consultancy on the famous “Croisette” sea front, in Cannes. Brigitte later joined the Carlton International Group where, with her intimate knowledge of the market, she is able to advise the Company’s clients in all matters relating to the valuation and sale of their properties.

Nathalie Coudray is French and has many years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in the Luxury Hotel Business and the "Hi Tech" sector where she created and built up a Recruitment and Headhunting company. She is completely familiar with the luxury real estate sector, having gained considerable experience managing a sizeable real estate agency in Cannes and recently joined CARLTON INTERNATIONAL with specific responsibility for marketing, public relations, group development and brand awareness. Nathalie has excellent communication and linguistic skills, and applies her natural creativity, pragmatism and creativity to the task of ensuring the continued progress of the Company.

Alexandra Venard read literary studies in France and then chose real estate for her future and acquired her professional degree. Following various professional experiences in the United Kingdom and a year in Provence to work as property consultant, she was invited to join Carlton International where, today, Alexandra is responsible for guiding you in your seasonal rental choice and for accompanying you during your stay on the French Riviera.

Corinne Chevalier started in 1989 her career in property consultant with Philip R. Weiser! After several professional experiences within multinational and family owned companies, she came back in 2003 to her first passion by joining two of the best real estate agencies in the Valbonne area. Her knowledge of the French Riviera, her multilingual skills (English, German, Italian) and her professionalism are much appreciated by our customers.

Of Columbian origin, speaking both French and English, Jennifer Salazar has a good knowledge of the Latin American and Caribbean markets. She is based at the head office of the Carlton International Group in Antibes where, thanks to her linguistic capacity, she is able to advise Spanish speaking clients, interested in Real Estate on the Côte d’Azur, on matters concerning the portfolio and services of the company.
The sales and marketing of the Carlton International’s Dominican Republic portfolio are also in Jennifer’s hands and she manages the coordination of the company’s Real Estate and promotional activities there.

Born and raised in Vancouver, Canada, she then spent time studying abroad in Hawaii where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree. This led to her later established position as Killer Whales trainer in San Diego and Japan. After settling in the Cote D’Azur, Lisa has acquired the knowledge and training from various real estate institutions, and has now established her clientele base locally and concentrating on English speaking and Scandinavian clients. Her ability to understand her client’s needs as a foreign purchaser is definitely an advantage. Lisa strives on offering the best quality service from the point of introduction to the after sales service for each of her clients.

Born in Tilburg in the South of Holland, Gérard Appels moved to Amsterdam at the age of 18 to complete his studies. During this time he was approached by a young, dynamic company in the international wood business and was able to combine his studies with international trade. In 2002 he left Amsterdam for the South of France to realize an old dream : Undertake Real Estate transactions on the Côte d’Azur. He began in 2003 in a small agency in the Hinterland to be invited to work with Eurofrance, Estate Agents in Valbonne in 2006. He joined the team of Carlton International when they acquired Eurofrance in the summer 2006. Today Gérard, as part of the ManagementTeam of Carlton International is specialized in luxury Real Estate on the Côte d’Azur.

Damian Tudor was born in Wales and at the age of 16 he followed his dreams to become a Golf Professional at Hawkstone Park Hotel and Golf Club near Shrewsbury in the United Kingdom, later to become Head Golf Professional at the Marriott Forest of Arden Hotel Golf and Country Club. After 12 years as a Golf Professional, playing the most prestigious courses around the world, he set his sights on a new challenge and moved to the South of France where he created a property rental company.

After many successful years, he became increasingly involved in property sales as his clients sought someone able to provide personal advice and assistance in their search. His extensive experience of the area and knowledge of luxury Real Estate led him to join Carlton International where has helped the company to expand our team and better assist our individual client’s needs.

Of German origin, Suzanne Westrick continued language studies in Frankfurt, before leaving her home to visit the South of France, where she encountered her future husband. Together they leave for the Caribbean, and for ten years, on the Island of Anguilla, manage a successful company importing food products together with a gourmet restaurant. Appreciated for her sincerity, her efficiency and her sense of humor, Suzanne is transferred to the corporate headquarters in Florida. She is subsequently head-hunted by a renowned caterer in Palm Beach to accept the position of Events Director in his organization. Rich in experience after six years of intensive work, the family decide to return to France, where Suzanne Westrick joins the team of Carlton International to develop a portfolio of Vineyards in Provence and prestigious properties of character for lovers of authentic Mediterranean charm.

Corinne AIGOUY, who speaks fluent English, began her career as assistant to an architect before deciding to accept the management of a boutique in the renowned ski resort of Courchevel. There, over 13 years, she developed and directed a chain of 10 shops refining at the same time her sales, marketing and service techniques which she has now adapted to Real Estate in St Tropez, where she is responsible for the management of the Carlton International office.

Of Franco-German nationality, born in Cologne in Germany, Karim grew up in Paris and continued his studies in Lausanne, Switzerland. He became an assistant in the export department of company in the clothing manufacture industry. Preferring his independence, Karim creates a ready to wear distribution company in Dusseldorf, Germany and deciding on change, from the year 2000 for five years he took over the management of a hotel in Saint-Tropez while simultaneously acting as a consultant to Luxury leisure companies such as the “Royal Palm” in Mauritius. Constantly motivated by challenge, he commits himself to the renewable energy industry, working for a German "start up" in charge of marketing and purchasing. Always interested in luxury real estate and attracted by the charm of Saint-Tropez since his childhood, he settled there permanently and with his linguistic capacity and intimate knowledge of the area has become an invaluable member of the Carlton International Team.

A true native of the French Riviera, born in St Tropez, Aurelia Urbina studied for a degree in literature and subsequently turned to Real Estate to fulfil a long term dream of a career in this profession. Her final diploma allowed her to develop her managerial skills as a consultant in charge of property sales and management in Cannes before joining Carlton International where, thanks to her linguistic capacity, her unbounded energy and undoubted knowledge of the market, Aurelia is able to provide exhaustive assistance and advice to potential Real Estate purchasers.

Armed with a business school diploma, Sébastien Mercet undertakes a career in the Hotel and Catering industry and for 9 years successfully manages his own Restaurant business. Recognised for his management capacity, he is invited to join an internationally renowned Insurance Company where he ensures the Sales and Marketing for the Group in Switzerland. Enterprising by nature, Sébastien chooses to settle on the French Riviera and acquires considerable knowledge and experience as a consultant for a Property Company in Cannes. Intending to specialise in Prestige Real Estate, Sébastien agrees to bring his business skills to Carlton International where he applies himself with passion and patience.

Ekaterina GANIYENKO, is a native Russian speaker, beginning her career in the business jet industry she was initially responsible for the organization of business charters and then moved on to consulting in the acquisition of private jets. She successfully graduated from the Paris School of Commerce where she studied for an MBA in Luxury Brand Management, Ekaterina joined Carlton International in 2008 to develop the Russian market.

Jean-Luc Parret arrived as Manager of the Carlton International Moscow office thanks to a wide and diverse career. A graduate of the Sorbonne in Paris, speaking fluent Russian, English and French and with a Master’s degree in International Commerce, Jean-Luc moves to Moscow in the ‘90s, where, as a passionate amateur of Contemporary Art, he becomes the artistic representative of two contemporary Russian painters, for whom he organises numerous exhibitions, in Europe and especially in the South of France. He becomes importer of consumer goods, and in 1998 he launches the luxury toiletries Brand “l’Occitane” in Russia with the opening of three boutiques in Moscow. Ten years later, Jean-Luc is able to integrate his second great passion, wine, into his business environment by accepting the representation, in Moscow, of the most important European network of Realtors specialising in vineyards.

Born in Moscow, graduate of the school of journalism at Kroupskoi University for Social Sciences and Pedagogy, Katia AKIMENKOVA worked for various Russian newspapers, including “Moskovskaia Pravda”, “Moskvichka”, “The Literary Gazette” and “Moskovski Komsomoliets” and made a career in the field of public relations on behalf of local politicians. In 2000 Katia becomes Director of Public Relations of the subsidiary of a French publisher in Moscow and in 2005, joins one of oldest and most important Russian publishers, known for their Tourist Guide magazine “Vokrug Sveta” (“Around the Planet”) as Director of the Public Relations Department. Her interest in wine and her passion for travel inspires Katia, in 2008, to join the representative office of a sales organisation specialising in French Vineyards and in the spring of 2010, she joins the Team at Carlton International where her creativity, her P.R. experience and diplomatic talents are put into promoting the Company and Luxury French Living.

Frances Hendry left the United Kingdom after training in the fields of diet and stress management to live in Malta, where for several years she was a partner in the development of a successful restaurant business. The change of government motivated a return to England where she became involved in the renovation and decoration of property both inside and outside London. In the early 1990s Frances moved to the South of France with a view to making property improvement investments and was soon asked to offer this service to owners of homes on the French Riviera. Since that time she has provided a personalised Property Management, Renovation and Decoration Service, assisting clients from all over the world in all the responsibilities for the maintenance and improvement of their homes.
