Cap d'Antibes Real Estate: Discover the town

Situated between Antibes and Juan les Pins, Cap d’Antibes is one of the most exclusive promontories in the south of France. Real estate in this small piece of paradise is amongst the most coveted - and expensive - in Europe, if not the world.

Cap d’ Antibes measures no more than five kilometres, but it is home to some of the most stunning properties along the French Riviera. Grandiose villas are hidden behind impressive gates, most of which enjoy stunning views towards Antibes Old Town, or the Lerins Islands in the Baie de Cannes.

The majority of villas are built on the hillside of the promontory, to one side of the winding road, which clings to the contours of the coast. However, the most sought after villas are the handful of waterfront properties that have their own private access to the sea.

At various points along the meandering road are quaint little coves and a couple of harbours. There are also a number of larger sandy beaches such as Plage de la Garoupe, a pretty bay with some excellent restaurants at the water’s edge. From here, you can take a walk around a small cap and enjoy uninterrupted views towards the old town of Antibes, with the snowy Alps in the distance.
