Our three offices are located close to the finest Real Estate on the Côte d'Azur

Carlton International derives its reputation as a result of its extensive experience, professionalism, integrity and above all its discretion. In keeping with the company’s strategy, it has chosen to establish discrete offices in select areas which provide a warm welcome in private but business-like surroundings.

Concentrating on a portfolio of superior properties from the Italian frontier to St Tropez and all the countryside between those areas, ease of communication has been a priority in choosing the sites of our bureaus.

On the Coast in Antibes, the Company headquarters accommodate the General Management, a number of consultants, our marketing department, and the Rental Department’s base. From here we are in easy reach of our principal areas of activity, the Cap d’Antibes, Cannes, Cap Ferrat, Cap d’Ail, Roquebrune Cap Martin, Villefranche, Beaulieu, Nice International Airport and the city of Nice.

In the Hinterland behind Cannes our Office in Valbonne specializes in elegant country properties surrounding the picturesque hilltop villages and towns of St Paul, Mougins, Biot, Grasse and Valbonne.

To the West, on the prestigious peninsula of St Tropez our “Carlton Lounge”, set in the heart of the village, overlooks the charming and renowned Marina and serves as a base for exploring prestigious properties, both for rent and sale, along the coastline of the Gulf of St Tropez, from Sainte Maxime to Ramatuelle including the countryside villages of Gassin and Grimaud.
