Philip WEISER

Philip Weiser is a multi-lingual New Zealander who has travelled the world. Having completed his studies in Lausanne, Switzerland, he joined an expanding corporation based in New York, with hotels in Bermuda, Mexico and the Bahamas. Subsequently appointed Director of Marketing for a major International Hotel Group headquartered in London, he discovers the most beautiful locations and most diverse cultures. In central London he created a company dedicated to the rental of elegant, furnished and serviced apartments. The company enjoyed considerable success as an undeniable alternative to luxury hotels.

In the early 1980s he chose to settle in the South of France and adapted his previous experience to Real Estate on the French Riviera. Participating in the development of the property market for ten years and suffering the collapse in the early 90s, he retained his positive enthusiasm and in 1997, founded the Carlton International, Luxury Real Estate consultancy

Annette WIJDOM

Annette Entered the world of Carlton International bringing with her a vast portfolio of precious contacts derived as a result of over 27 years in Public Relations and as owner of a company involved in the International Event Industry. A former dancer, choreographer and ballet leader, she has been production manager for prestigious events all over the world and trained her young students to become artists in the International Entertainment Industry. A familiar personality in Monaco, where Annette accomplished numerous performances and productions over the last 24 years, she has developed a network of outstanding relationships at the highest level of society. Thanks to her communication skills and linguistic capacity, speaking Dutch, English and French, Annette is specialized in connecting people and businesses and is able to guide her contacts in their search to fulfill their need of acquiring, selling or renting Real Estate on the French Riviera and Monaco.

Sophie CHOMETTE

Sophie Chomette studied Art and Design for the textile industry and in 1991 entered the Information Technology sector, training in computer assisted graphic design. She extended her experience to include digital video, which in turn led to her becoming responsible for the conception and organisation of an automated, remote controlled, digital signage system. This new media is a revolution in the world of point of sale communications and is adapted specifically for Real Estate applications. The study of the Real Estate profession across France completed the experience necessary for her to fulfil her role in the coordination of the Marketing of Carlton International and it’s portfolio.

Brigitte SCHWARZ

Of Franco-Swiss nationality and after having spent her youth in Vevey, on the Lake of Geneva, and studied advertising and communications, Brigitte returned to France. Following a career in finance in the city of Lyon for 13 years, the quality of life of the French Riviera lured Brigitte who was naturally attracted to the luxury real estate business. Brigitte thrives for 10 years in this profession, behind the coastal areas at first, then as Director of a Property Consultancy on the famous “Croisette” sea front, in Cannes. Brigitte later joined the Carlton International Group where, with her intimate knowledge of the market, she is able to advise the Company’s clients in all matters relating to the valuation and sale of their properties.

Alexandra VENARD

Alexandra Venard read literary studies in France and then chose real estate for her future and acquired her professional degree. Following various professional experiences in the United Kingdom and a year in Provence to work as property consultant, she was invited to join Carlton International where, today, Alexandra is responsible for guiding you in your seasonal rental choice and for accompanying you during your stay on the French Riviera.

Marie GERARD

With a degree in Physical Geography, Marie began her career in the luxury hotel and leisure industry where she divided her time between Saint-Tropez in the summer and Avoriaz in the winter. Moving to Antibes, she discovered the Yachting world and is soon engaged on majestic private yachts as Chief Stewardess where, for six years, she goes several times around the world. Marie decided finally  to set foot on land and learn the subtleties of the travel agency world training at “Amadeus” the leader in the industry based in the high-tech park of Sophia Antipolis. These different experiences in the world of luxury and travel enabled her to understand the expectations of wealthy customers. Marie joined the Carlton Group to dedicate all her energy to satisfying the needs of a sophisticated and demanding international clientele seeking luxury villas for seasonal rent and for business use.

Pascal GHIOTTI

Pascal started his career in Strategy and Management Consulting in Paris and London. Subsequently he spent 5 years in Sophia, Bulgaria, as a diplomat at the French Embassy and founded an import/export company there. An opportunity with Air France Group took him to Geneva, where he was in charge of Quality and Organization Management for Switzerland and Central Europe. In August 2000 Pascal founded Laforêt Immobilier in Valbonne which was rebranded as Valbonne Prestige Real Estate. Pascal speaks fluent French and English and has good communication skills in Italian and Bulgarian.

Corinne CHEVALIER

Corinne Chevalier started in 1989 her career in property consultant with Philip R. Weiser! After several professional experiences within multinational and family owned companies, she came back in 2003 to her first passion by joining two of the best real estate agencies in the Valbonne area. Her knowledge of the French Riviera, her multilingual skills (English, German, Italian) and her professionalism are much appreciated by our customers.

Xavier ALBERINI

A graduate in International Commerce, Xavier was first employed in retail, and subsequently in real estate in New York, Toronto and Paris, becoming familiar with the particularities of the legal systems an all those areas. Back in his home environment of the South of France he was asked to join Carlton International as a real estate consultant. Xavier is familiar with the entire region and is based at the Valbonne office of the company, located in the countryside behind the city of Cannes. Experienced and fluent in both French and English he has an excellent understanding of the complexities of real estate transactions in France and is the perfect guide for an international clientele seeking to acquire or sell property on the French Riviera.

Mervi GHIOTTI

Mervi, of  Swedish nationality and Finnish origin has 20 years of experience from living and working on the French Riviera. She holds a Dual Master’s Degree; a Master of Science Degree in European Business Studies from Växjö University in Sweden and a Master in European Management from IPAG Business School in Nice, France. Her earlier career focused on human resources and organizational development at a strategic and decision-making level in an international fast-growing environment within the financial technology sector. For the last 10 years, Mervi has excelled in developing her own company within the field of real estate and has successfully completed luxury property transactions by providing personalized, quality services, sharing her market knowledge and expert advice, and applying high moral business ethics. Mervi speaks fluent English, French, Swedish, Finnish and has good communication skills in German, Danish and Norwegian.

Born and raised in the UK, Charlie has worked for a successful independent estate agency in Windsor, Berkshire for the last 10 years. Natalia MIHAILOVNA GUZUN

Daughter of a prominent family within the former Soviet Union, Natalia received a Master’s degree in Economics, Finance and Banking at the Faculty of Chisinau in Moldova. After experience in the various banking services and she out numerous specific missions as Director of important companies both in Europe and in Russia. Natalia accepted the post of CFO of an International Road Transport company, and recognized for her keen sense of diplomacy, she integrates the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Bucharest as Development Projects Manager Finance Manager. Always attracted by the elegance and culture of France, she settled in 2010 in Cannes, where the quality of the environment, and the beauty her surroundings provide her with the contentment she sought.After more than a year of Real Estate studies she joined the CARLTON INTERNATIONNAL team, which reflects her values and interests and will permit her to present the most beautiful homes on the Riviera to customers from the emerging markets of Central and Eastern Europe, whose needs and desires she understands perfectly.

Corinne AIGOUY

Corinne AIGOUY, who speaks fluent English, began her career as assistant to an architect before deciding to accept the management of a boutique in the renowned ski resort of Courchevel. There, over 13 years, she developed and directed a chain of 10 businesses, refining  her sales, marketing and service techniques which she has now adapted to Real Estate in St Tropez. Since 2008 she has been in charge of the management of the Carlton International Real Estate consultancy office handling property sales and luxury villa rental.

Sébastien MERCET

Armed with a business school diploma, Sébastien Mercet undertakes a career in the Hotel and Catering industry and for 9 years successfully manages his own Restaurant business. Recognised for his management capacity, he is invited to join an internationally renowned Insurance Company where he ensures the Sales and Marketing for the Group in Switzerland. Enterprising by nature, Sébastien chooses to settle on the French Riviera and acquires considerable knowledge and experience as a consultant for a Property Company in Cannes. Intending to specialise in Prestige Real Estate, Sébastien agrees to bring his business skills to Carlton International where he applies himself with passion and patience.

Filippo MORO

Filippo, of Italian origin, trained in economics and accounting. Thanks to positions in the automotive sector with multinational organisations  he developed a global vision of business transactions. Filippo acted first as a Consultant and subsequently as real estate expert for the cities of Alassio, Sanremo, Bordighera on the Ligurian Riviera in Italy, before joining the Carlton Group. Today he is the Carlton International specialist for the areas surrounding the Principality of Monaco:  Villefranche sur Mer, St-Jean Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu, Cap D'ail,  Eze and  La Turbie.. Kjell Terje REPSHUS

Terje grew up in the "Fin forests" between Norway and Sweden and has Finnish ancestors on both side of the family. He is a Norwegian citizen, but spent 10 years of his childhood in Sweden, and has two mother tongues. He undertook many years of business studies at university level studying IT, marketing and business organisation. He also spent a considerable time travelling the world and after some years of teaching, he became a consultant in management, IT and Internet for the Norwegian government. Subsequently Terje held a position with important, international engineering companies and a Nordic IT consulting company. In 2000, he decided to move to the south of France.

Here he was introduced to Real Estate and has held positions in all facets of property consulting since 2003 always keeping his Scandinavian values based on hard work, resilience, honesty and trust. Terje is multi-lingual; all the Scandinavian languages, English, French and some German, and is perfectly familiar with the local geography and all aspects of the market. Evelin KRATOFIEL

Of German origin Evelin obtains her Master in Foreign Languages in her homeland and decides to pursue a career as an Interpreter. Being fluent in, English, French and Italian encourages her to seek for new career opportunities abroad and in 2006 she chooses Cannes on the French Riviera as her new living and working base, having been seduced by the area and had already acquired thorough knowledge of the surroundings due to previous visits. Introduced to the Private Aviation Business Field, she worked for several years for her new employer as an Executive Assistant, organizing business charters. In recent years she accepted work opportunities as an Executive Assistant in the Commercial Real Estate and Banking Business that offered her the chance to gain work experiences in Paris, London and Monaco before joining Carlton International in 2014 where she brings her vast experience and her exceptional linguistic capacity to the service of our clients.

Frédéric DEMARLE

A French national, long term resident of Cannes, Frederic DEMARLE is perfectly familiar with the French Riviera, its differences and peculiarities. He was a Real Estate consultant for 15 years in the area with a renowned agency, before joining Carlton International as Director of our new office in Saint-Paul de Vence in 2015, a short distance from the famous mediaeval hilltop village. A true native of the French Riviera, born in St Tropez, Aurelia Urbina studied for a degree in literature and subsequently turned to Real Estate to fulfil a long term dream of a career in this profession. Having studied at the renowned "Paul Augier," Hotel School of Nice, Patrick Tobelem gained his experience within prestigious luxury hotels along the French Riviera and in 1989 joined the concierge team of the famous "Grand Hotel du Cap, Eden-Roc "on Cap d'Antibes. In 1998, with10 years of Concierge experience and mastering seven languages ​​fluently, he created the first luxury Private Concierge Service of the Riviera dedicated to clients of private villas and yachts. In 2012, Carlton International made use of his great experience to develop a concierge service comparable to the best luxury hotels in the world. Today, with his team, he provides all his expertise exclusively to Carlton International's home owners and clients renting luxury villas on the French Riviera.

Frances HENDRY

Frances Hendry left the United Kingdom after training in the fields of diet and stress management to live in Malta, where for several years she was a partner in the development of a successful restaurant business. The change of government motivated a return to England where she became involved in the renovation and decoration of property both inside and outside London. In the early 1990s Frances moved to the South of France with a view to making property improvement investments and was soon asked to offer this service to owners of homes on the French Riviera. Since that time she has provided a personalised Property Management, Renovation and Decoration Service, assisting clients from all over the world in all the responsibilities for the maintenance and improvement of their homes.

Jean-Luc TRETOIS

A native of Paris and an alumnus of the Business Management University of Paris with an MBA degree and qualifications in Auditing and Accountancy, Jean-Luc began his career as Regional Director in a banking institution specialising in the support of emerging companies.
A change in his concept of future business tendencies led him into the digital technology industries and in particular with General Electric Information Services in Paris where he held Engineering, Commercial and subsequently Managerial positions responsible for Mergers and Acquisitions for G.E. Europe. Other positions held with Technology Partners, XEROX and a subsidiary of EURECOM gave him the broad experience which led Jean-Luc into the field of Real Estate and in particular Hotels and Leisure.

Mark NEAL

Born in the UK and raised in Jersey in the Channel Islands comes from a family of Property developers, building large residential domains along Spain’s Costa Blanca and commercial developments in Jersey, including the largest award winning office building on the Island, as at 2016. 

Mark also has experience in Commercial and residential property rentals, management and sales.

In 1997, Mark created Offshore Nautical Group as Managing Director and Dealer Principle for Fairline Yachts with the head office based in Jersey, 1 in Guernsey and 3 offices in the UK.  After 12 successful years, following the market collapse in 2008, the business was eventually closed in 2012. Mark went onto managing a 50-bedroom Hotel and Self Catering apartments on Jersey with his wife until its closure in 2016 for future redevelopment.  Mark and his wife moved to the Cote d’Azur in February 2017 and joined Carlton Group, responsible for Sales from the new office based at 33, Chemin du Collet Darbusson, 06560 Valbonne.

Sonia NEAL

Sonia Neal, born in the UK and raised in Jersey in the Channel Islands spent the majority of her career in the corporate sector, fifteen years of which were in continental Europe, principally in Brussels, including the European Commission (DGIII). 

In 2008, Sonia moved to hospitality when joining her husband’s luxury Motor yacht business in Jersey.  In 2012, Sonia and her husband went on to managing a 50-bedroom hotel and self-catering apartments on Jersey until the hotel’s closure for redevelopment in 2016.

Sonia and her husband moved to the Cote d’Azur in February 2017 and joined Carlton Group, responsible for seasonal Holiday Rentals at the new office based at 33, Chemin du Collet Darbusson, 06560 Valbonne.
