 Managing Director  
A French resident since 1981 and a New Zealand national, Philip R. Weiser was responsible, in the United States, for sales and marketing in the hotel industry and completed his career in this branch as Marketing Director of one of the world’s leading international hotel corporations. After developing a successful short term, serviced property letting and management company in Central London he relocated to the French Riviera, where he created and managed a number of property companies and real estate agencies, including Carlton International, specialising in all transactions geared to a French and foreign clientele. He holds all the relevant French Real Estate licences, bank guarantees and professional insurance policies.
 Marketing and Communication  
Sophie Chomette studied Art and Design for the textile industry and in 1991 entered the Information Technology sector, training in computer assisted graphic design. She extended her experience to include digital video, which in turn led to her becoming responsible for the conception and organisation of an automated, remote controlled, digital signage system. This new media is a revolution in the world of point of sale communications and is adapted specifically for Real Estate applications. The study of the Real Estate profession across France completed the experience necessary for her to fulfil her role in the coordination of the Marketing of Carlton International and it’s portfolio.
 Administrative Manager  
After 4 years of university studies in business and linguistics, Eric Vergnault began his carreer in 1984 as a local manager of a world renowned company involved in linguage study holidays. In 1989 he accepted the direction of a car rental agency on the French Riviera, in Nice, where he remained for 4 years. In 1993 he left France for Poland where he was in charge of the developement for Eastern Europe of the activities of a British company specializing in offshore financial consulting services. Back in France in 1996 he undertook a total change of direction and went into property development and transaction. He joined Carlton International during the spring 2002 as administrative and coordination manager.
 General manager Eurofrance  
Franco-British citizen, Julie is in charge of Eurofrance Immobilier in Valbonne since 2006 where she took the challenge of developing the area of Mougins, Valbonne, Grasse, Biot and Opio. She grew up in Théoule where her parents had an estate agency and started taking care of rentals, during the holiday periods, from the age of 14 and sales at 17. She graduated in 2001 and obtained her Master’s in International Business. Julie started the carrier in marketing and public relations in London and Paris working for Citigroup, then in law firms such as Herbert Smith and DLA Piper.
 Sales Manager Middle East  
Kaver Kittani of Kurdish-Iraqi descent grew up in Kuwait before moving to England, France, and the United States graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship from the University of Syracuse. He moved to London where he was P.A to the director of GMC International, consultants for the Middle East. Passionate about football, he decided to move to Iraq where he set up a football school for children in the Kurdish area. With Carlton since 2007, he is responsible for developing the Middle Eastern market.
 Property Consultant  
Corinne AIGOUY, who speaks fluent English, began her career as assistant to an architect before deciding to accept the management of a boutique in the renowned ski resort of Courchevel. There, over 13 years, she developed and directed a chain of 10 shops refining at the same time her sales, marketing and service techniques which she has now adapted to Real Estate in St Tropez, where she is responsible for the management of the Carlton International office.
 Property Consultant  
Corinne Chevalier started in 1989 her career in property consultant with Philip R. Weiser! After several professional experiences within multinational and family owned companies, she came back in 2003 to her first passion by joining two of the best real estate agencies in the Valbonne area. Her knowledge of the French Riviera , her multilingual skills ( English, German, Italian) and her professionalism are much appreciated by our customers.
 Manager Rental Department  
Alexandra Venard read literary studies in France and then chose real estate for her future and acquired her professional degree. Following various professional experiences in the United Kingdom and a year in Provence to work as property consultant, she was invited to join Carlton International where, today, Alexandra is responsible for guiding you in your seasonal rental choice and for accompanying you during your stay on the French Riviera.

Of Columbian origin, speaking both French and English, Jennifer Salazar has a good knowledge of the Latin American and Caribbean markets. She is based at the head office of the Carlton International Group in Antibes where, thanks to her linguistic capacity, she is able to advise Spanish speaking clients, interested in Real Estate on the Côte d’Azur, on matters concerning the portfolio and services of the company.
The sales and marketing of the Carlton International’s Dominican Republic portfolio are also in Jennifer’s hands and she manages the coordination of the company’s Real Estate and promotional activities there.
 Property Consultant  
Born and raised in Vancouver, Canada, she then spent time studying abroad in Hawaii where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree. This led to her later established position as Killer Whales trainer in San Diego and Japan. After settling in the Cote D’Azur, Lisa has acquired the knowledge and training from various real estate institutions, and has now established her clientele base locally and concentrating on English speaking and Scandinavian clients. Her ability to understand her client’s needs as a foreign purchaser is definitely an advantage. Lisa strives on offering the best quality service from the point of introduction to the after sales service for each of her clients.
 Property Consultant  
Born in Tilburg in the South of Holland, Gérard Appels moved to Amsterdam at the age of 18 to complete his studies. During this time he was approached by a young, dynamic company in the international wood business and was able to combine his studies with international trade. In 2002 he left Amsterdam for the South of France to realize an old dream : Undertake Real Estate transactions on the Côte d’Azur. He began in 2003 in a small agency in the Hinterland to be invited to work with Eurofrance, Estate Agents in Valbonne in 2006. He joined the team of Carlton International when they acquired Eurofrance in the summer 2006. Today Gérard, as part of the ManagementTeam of Carlton International is specialized in luxury Real Estate on the Côte d’Azur
 INTERIOR DESIGN  
Frances Hendry left the United Kingdom after training in the fields of diet and stress management to live in Malta, where for several years she was a partner in the development of a successful restaurant business. The change of government motivated a return to England where she became involved in the renovation and decoration of property both inside and outside London. In the early 1990s Frances moved to the South of France with a view to making property improvement investments and was soon asked to offer this service to owners of homes on the French Riviera. Since that time she has provided a personalised Property Management, Renovation and Decoration Service, assisting clients from all over the world in all the responsibilities for the maintenance and improvement of their homes.
